The course starts at the Murambi Rose Café. Enters the farm access road, through two gates. Left at second gate past at bamboo bush. Short uphill towards the Sunrise-on-Sea boundary. Then leads downhill to cross the first dam wall. Around the farmhouse at big fig tree left down two spoor track to the dune bush. You then take a right turn and head towards the old Gulley exit. Straight past the old 3km mark towards Rainbow Valley. Turn right up a short hill onto the old airfield at Rainbow Seedlings. Turn at the far end of the airfield, head back towards the top dam. Before the dam make a left turn through the Mini Gulley. Follow the waters edge to the top dam wall. Right turn and cross the dam wall and continue up the hill towards the fence between farms. Right turn towards the bottom gate, left turn through the gate to the finish at Murambi Rose Café. All major points will be marshalled and clearly marked.
