The course begins between the two tall trees towards the entrance of the car park and runs along the perimeter of the football playing fields for 3 and a bit laps in in an anti-clockwise direction keeping behind the football goalposts. Once you get towards the end of the loop you will cut across the corner of the car park by the entrance of the reception area then will run behind the sports centre heading towards the start area to commence the next loop.
