Thurrock parkrun is a 2-lap course all on grass. The course starts next to Heath Road (opposite the houses) opposite Cherry Walk, near to the junction with Brentwood Road. Heading out from the start the course goes straight down the back straight until you reach the diagonal path which you follow towards the footbridge, turning back toward the heath. Follows the fence line behind bushes and scrubland before rounding football pitches and back towards the Pyramid centre . Then turn right across the open grassland turning sharp left at poo bin and head for the Green Hut. Follow until directed to turn right across the heath to start your second lap.
