Starting by the river, follow the river path over the bridge and around to the main entrance, turn left and run parallel with the dual carriageway up to the play area near New Bridge Road. Turn sharp left to continue along the river path, turn left and just before the middle bridge turn right, then right again to head back towards the river. At the river, turn sharp left. Complete three and three quarters laps before turning left to the finish line (count the play area near New Bridge Road four times).
