The course starts adjacent to the car park heading north, then east through a copse to the sea wall. It then runs along the cliff edge and through a small copse before turning sharp right at the end, running alongside the car park for 50 yds before turning right and returning through the park along the mown track, turning left to run to the right hand side of the Pill Box. The route then completes the loop and a second and third laps are completed. After three laps, the route turns sharp left towards the finish straight which is a few metres after the start line.
