The event starts in the green space between Burnell Road and the River Thames, at the boundary between Kingston and Richmond. The first 500m of the course is on grass and then onto the upper cycle path to Teddington lock with the river on your left. At the lock you run under the footbridge and continue on the towpath, pass Thames Young Mariners. Keep left and continue until you see a marshal at the half way point, who will direct you onto a small loop within Hamlands (this will be marshalled/marked or both). This will bring you back out onto the towpath at Thames Young Mariners. From there you follow the outward route back to the Hawker centre with the river on your right. Continue past the starting area and run for approximately 300m and the finish funnel is just off the path. The finish is close to the main car park. Nearest postcode KT2 5BH.
