The course starts with an anti-clockwise loop around the main field along grassy paths. We then continue along woodland paths as we cut back past the Model Boat Pool, continuing on around Causeway Pool, and then a lovely stretch along the gravel path between Bodymoor Heath Water and Hemlingford Water. You will then head along the path towards the river before being directed across the field, and a short stretch along the edge of the field before a left turn takes you on the path through the trees. The path returns to the gravel path alongside Bodymoor Heath Water before a right turn takes you towards Far Leys Car Park. From here you will continue on the internal tarmac road before being directed through to the path alongside the lake for a short run to the finish.
