Ipswich

Ipswich parkrun is essentially a one lap multi-terrain course starting and finishing in close proximity to the cricket pavilion. Start near the pavilion on flat grass, follow an anti-clockwise loop around the edge of the cricket pitch, branching off towards the play equipment and turning left towards the tennis courts, turning left at the first tree and heading slightly uphill towards the cricket nets. Runners then turn slightly to the right in front of the pavilion and go in an anti-clockwise loop following the edge of the cricket pitch, branching on to a trail path running parallel to London Road, then make a left turn onto the flat tarmac path. Almost immediately, make a right turn back on to the trail path and follow an anti-clockwise loop around the football pitches at the highest elevation of the course. Runners are then directed to their right on a gradual grassy downhill slope to the lower end of the park.
