Two laps of a T shaped course using a tarmac section of the Ely Trail and the Northern Boundary Path of Grangemoor Park. The course is fairly flat, except for short a slope, and of an "out & back" nature, with five 180 degree turns in total. Please keep to the right hand side and refrain from overtaking on sections where you can't see clearly ahead.
