Starting by the South Pavilion shelter at the top of the Northern Field, runners travel in a northerly direction passing the Almond Pavilion on the right and following the path around the Northern Field to complete one anti-clockwise lap, bringing them back to the shelter where they continue straight ahead. Keeping right on reaching the Enfield Road gate entrance runners follow the path downhill past the dog walking enclosure, around the western side of the lake, through the bowling green, turning left on exiting the bowling green. Keeping left, the path is followed back to the Enfield Road entrance where runners double back to complete a further two laps of this circuit. On reaching the Enfield Road gate entrance for the third time, runners continue ahead, veering right to take them back to the start/finish line at the South Pavilion shelter. Public park toilets are available for parkrunners to use. They are situated at the south western corner of the northern field, directly behind the children's play area. The toilets are approximately a two minute walk, exiting and turning sharp left, from the start line. Please note that runners should not relieve themselves in the park shrubbery as this will jeopardise our use of the park.
