Fell Foot parkrun is an undulating, multi-surface figure of 8 with the top loop repeated. Starting on grass just below the main car park, the course heads towards a marshalled crossroads. Turn sharp right here towards the lake and then sharp left at the foot of the hill towards the wild flower meadow. Please keep left to avoid those who may be leaving the meadow. Once through the manned gate, turn right and follow the mown path round the perimeter of the meadow and back out through the gate, still keeping left. The route continues along the shore of Windermere on a gravel path towards the National Trust shop and cafe. Once past these, bear right and head on tarmac up towards the top road and turn right. Continue along until a signposted fork which directs you back down onto the gravel path and out for the final loop of the meadow. The final stretch is along the shore of the lake with stunning views, but this time bear right on to the grass to finish.
