The run starts with two laps of the athletics track, after which you will follow the signs and marshal’s out of the stadium and onto the park where you will run through the Green gym equipment and out towards the canal towpath. After following the path running alongside the astro turf football pitch you will continue straight, taking the path up onto the canal.
