Starting at the top of the mound on the wide tarmac path near the children's playground, run clockwise round the shorter lap twice. At the end of the second lap, the course goes round the other side of the children's playground and up into the woods for two and a half longer laps. After coming out of the woods for the third time, the course goes left along side the bowling greens to the finish line.
