The course starts outside the old Pavilion by the hedge adjacent to Parkwood Road. Participants run towards the Crab & Winkle Way up the grass bank and over into the top grass field through the metal gate. The runners turn left and lap the perimeter of the field in a CLOCKWISE direction.
