The course takes in the best features of Danson Park, passing the lake, Danson House and going through the woods. A 2 lap course which is majority on tarmac path but a gravel path and woodland track does break this up. From the start we run East along the path along the length of the lake, turning left and along the path uphill, crossing a marshalled car park entrance to the Boathouse. Following the path turning Westward at the top, we pass Danson House on your right hand-side and into a narrow chicane section before turning right and up a short, sharp gravel path that takes you round to the entrance of the woods. Taking the 2nd path on the right you then head down the woodland trail and at the bottom (where it can get quite boggy after heavy rain) you cross the polo field and re-join the path between the first tree and keeping the rubbish bin on your left. Follow the path back through the metal gates to the start, and your second lap.
