Two anticlockwise laps on grass around the east and west fields. The course is mostly flat but the ground can be rough and uneven in places. Keep the cones to your left when going through the narrow path between the two fields. The start and finish are within 100m of each other where the woodland path meets the east field. Unfortunately dogs are not allowed at this event.
