From the starting point by the pavilion on Weirfields Recreation Ground follow the route to complete one lap of the course with an additional short out-and-back via a ‘switch-back’ ramp to finish where you started. The course runs alongside the canal and the River Trent and is flat, quick and ideal for runners of all abilities.
