The Bedford parkrun course has Green Flag Status. It is a flat and fast course which consists of an even and hard surface loop throughout the 5k route. The 5k course is 2.5 laps of this beautiful park and is suitable for all abilities including wheelchair racers and buggy runners. Please note the briefing is at the bandstand, not the start line. For anyone who wishes to help, our volunteers meet at the garages (52.1450893,-0.4680011) inside the park near the De Parys Avenue gates at 8.40am.
