This is a three lap, clockwise course. The course starts 80m to the left of the Café entrance. From here, it goes straight ahead and follows the tarmac path to just before the subway, and turn right up an unmade footpath, following the path past a bench on the brow of the hill, where the course then goes diagonally onto grass towards the right, following the line of trees. Follow the tree-lined gravel path downhill for about 300m. At the bottom, turn left onto tarmac path following the path around the lake, passing the playground and the Café to the end of the path, then turning left to repeat for the second and third lap. At the end of the third lap the course finishes by the Café.
