The event takes place at Dømmesmoen, Grimstad on an open trail, passing through scenic forest and by a lake. The course is a mixture of hilly ups and downs and flat straights. The start and finish are close to the main car park at the Norwegian Horticultural Museum (Norsk Hagebruksmuseum).
