The run starts up the hill at the playing pitches, running down towards Westwood. You take the 2nd turn left onto a small path and run to the end of this path, when you reach the end you turn left onto the grass heading towards the bandstand. You turn left up past the skate park, through the trees and turn right back onto the main Avenue heading towards the river.
