From the start (just inside the St John’s carpark entrance), head straight down the main pathway veering left up past the cricket pitch towards the bike park. Turning left at the bottom of the bike park the route continues winding down through the forest paths back to the starting area. From here, continue straight on around by the duck pond, continuing on the pathway around past the baseball diamonds and then onto counter-clockwise lap of the fishing lakes before returning to main park pathway for a long straight to the finish.
