A winding, mostly trail run starting and finishing close to Nautical Park car park. Proceeding along paths in wooded areas of Nautical Park and Villagewood Park as well as the pipeline trial of Shell Park. Sections of the trail surfaces vary and are made up of gravel, wood chips and grass as well as cemented and tarred sidewalk.
