Starting from the bottom corner nearest to the Haddon Drive entrance, run up the slope towards Coronation Hall. Pass the war memorial and the Oakwood Centre, then continue down the slope to reach a small lake. From the lake you then head up to the top field, and follow the entire perimeter around the edges of the football pitches and back down to and along the other side of the small lake. Repeat this two more times. After reaching the bottom corner for the third time, you will head back up the slope, and, halfway, take a right turn for a finish straight on the grass, towards the skate park.
