You run from the start on the path (a mix of gravel, tarmac and dirt) through the woods, past the children's playground on the left and up to the A316. You then turn left and run a short distance along the footpath on the A316 before turning back into the park to the left. You then follow the path around all the way past the Shot Tower on the left and keep going to exit the path onto the Hanworth Road. You turn left out of the park, run a short distance along the footpath and then turn left back into the park. You then run down the park path and you'll come back to the start. From here it's back along the same route, round to the Shot Tower again where the new finish is.
